Introduction to the Actito Transactional Messaging Platform

With the Actito Transactional Messaging Platform (ATMP), you can configure the content, properties, and scheduling of Transactional Messages as well as view reports detailing how your transactional messages perform.

Transactional Messaging is a method of sending messages to a client following a direct client transaction. For example, if a client submitted an order, Transactional Messages can be sent confirming:

  • receipt of payment
  • shipment status of the product
  • a satisfaction survey
  • a thank-you message
  • future promotional messages
  • etc.

There are numerous instances where Transactional Messaging can be used to optimize a brand, enhance social presence, and build trust with clients.

All screens and options in the ATMP application can be accessed by navigating through the top toolbar:

Messages Add MessageLists your previously created transactional messages
Reports Report ButtonShows reporting for the Transactional Messages.
New New ButtonCreates a new message by opening the Transactional Message Creation screen.
HelpGives access to the ATMP user documentation.
SettingsGives access to the following screens:
  • Logins: Allows you to view and edit your login and the logins of other users on your license depending on your access rights.
  • Headers Setup: Contains the branding configuration for your transactional email addresses and links. It also allows you to request additional branded email addresses.
Log outLogs you out of ATMP and Actito.
Go to Dynamic Content BlocksGives access to the Dynamic Content Blocks section where you can create and manage dynamic content blocks that can be reused with different transactional message templates.
