Introduction to the Actito Transactional Messaging Platform
With the Actito Transactional Messaging Platform (ATMP), you can configure the content, properties, and scheduling of Transactional Messages as well as view reports detailing how your transactional messages perform.
Transactional Messaging is a method of sending messages to a client following a direct client transaction. For example, if a client submitted an order, Transactional Messages can be sent confirming:
- receipt of payment
- shipment status of the product
- a satisfaction survey
- a thank-you message
- future promotional messages
- etc.
There are numerous instances where Transactional Messaging can be used to optimize a brand, enhance social presence, and build trust with clients.
