Finalizing the Transactional Message Template

Once you have added your content, links, and personalization, you can finalize the message by creating the text version and verifying it.

Creating a Text Version of Your Transactional Message Template

It is recommended to have both HTML and text versions of your transactional message template so that all your recipients are guaranteed to be able to read it.

If you want your transactional message to be available in both HTML and text format:

  • Click Copy HTML to Text.
